In the first couple games, I was like "Hmm, it's not entirely balanced, but it's far from the most broken Tier X". A couple games later, I noticed it's tier 8. Ah well, just one more reason to not return to the game.

I bought defender when it had its last great days. I came back to WOT after couple of years, just to see defender being pretty mediocre as for today's standards. Not really that bad, but not like it were back in it's golden days.

Wg basically took derp borsig, slammed quite some armor on it, and gave it the ability to go 50km/h if situation requires.

It has literally better armor than tortoise which is a tier 9, slow and heavily-armored tank destroyer...
Also its just a better Caliban in every aspect except for that the Caliban can load 2 shells.

S. Conqueror hesh have 120mm pen and it’s tier X. Centurion 7/1 has prem hesh with 210mm pen. This tank is tier 8 and have better pen, epic broken
This thing has a better reload than the second shell on the caliban. It's literally better in every single regard. It somehow also has 10 degrees of gun depression. Absolutely disgusting for wargaming to release something like this

@@scxrb4807 The armor model in tanksgg is idiotic to say the least. The entire turret frontally is better than the M48 Patton. It's literally the M46 from the tech tree but spaced armor and much better armor overall with some areas of 500+ mm of armor around the gun mantlet. Also, the hull has spaced armor both in the upper and lower plate, giving it about 290 mm of armor in the UP and 240 in the LP. It's a joke the Pershing is at the same tier than this thing.
Tbh, it feels like WG's giving tanks with perks, that can be seen in Blitz's fun gamemodes...
Yeah i couldn't believe my ears and eyes when he mentioned and used rocket booster the 1st time ... Why bother playing kv4 or similar tanks at all when everyone else is faster, hits harder can flank you easily and still has decent armor as well as accuracy to hit your weakspots.

yeah, i got 500 hours on world of tanks blitz, and there are some weird, shitty OP tanks in that. i came over to this game because i got a PC (laptop before) and im somehow enjoying the game. probably because i got the panther II (shit first tier 8, but i made it work) as the gun is so damn good. all other aspects are shit tho haha
@@fxkatsukiyoutube5334 funny enough, I'd rather stick to Blitz than PC. The longer battles, larger teams, more extensive dumb mechanics, broken tier 8 premiums, artillery and many other things are just a major turn off. I'd rather fight a platoon of Smashers or Annihilators in a tier 6 than get peppered by gold spamming unicums and artys at the same time, whilst also having a complete cut off anywhere above tier 8 due to the absurdity of the mm. Like, fuckin seriously, a jet powered accurate derp tank is far worse than an up-tiered Kv-2 imo.
When I saw these new tanks today, my guts told me to delete the game and stop playing it... I listened to them.
War Thunder welcomes you with open arms, good luck getting used to being 1-shotted and no marker for the enemies (unless they're scouted or you're in arcade)

Thats always been each years loot box lure. What new op premiums will they bring in. No one is even talking about the autoloader light which in some ways is even more op.
And i got it in my 11th box despite i didn't had any of 5 tanks. 58 boxes 3 tier 8 AMBT, VIPERA and BZ

Just remember, the tier 10 in the supertest had 1600 alpha HE shells and 1050 AP shells and 6 boosters. Let's see if that is broken when it's out

Basically, WG makes a new premium Shitbarn but gives it quite nice armor (other than overmatch on roof), normal TD camo rather than a barn camo and extreme speed 4x in a game, AND puts it into tier VIII? Then it makes it available in gambling?

It has 41mm on the roof so 122mm guns cannot overmatch it at all. Very few guns are 130mm+

This Tank fulfills the promise that the Caliban once gave.
Between blatant rigging, cheating, and WG absolutely failing to address any of it in a positive way, then CONTINUING to release game-breaking tanks like the BZ, are going to be the death of this game.

@@kajzoo The biggest one I see is automated manual fire extinguishers and auto-leading and weak-spot hunting aimbots.
@@kajzoo Also they are well aware of the account boosting companies that play platoons on both teams and allow farming massive damage, which ruins matches. Quickybaby first introduced the proof and Claus Kellerman made it his mission to gather as many replays as he could and submit reports with player names and everything. He has like 5 videos about it. When he got a response from wargaming they said they don't take action against individuals but will try to address it in future patches. Basically they are cooperating with it...

ah yes. be me grinding for k91. fight cobra. get 1 clipped by premium round cobra. be top tier, get pushed by tier 8 derp and can't run away
Next release - A tank destroyer with flamethrower and wings added to it , able to set entire enemy teams on fire from above 200m (cuz well - realism)
They made this game even more unplayable, nice!

Imagine being a tier 7 and goind up against an enemy team with a platoon of BZs and a platoon of Cobras...honestly two such platoons can probably win 6 vs 15 with a bit of luck and not the brightest enemies
Saw bz vs tier 6, it deleted them. Tree tanks are becoming more and more usless.
Tier 7? That's still ok, imagine STOCK tier 7 or tier 6. Let alone STOCK tier 6...
If old HE was still around then even tanks with 200 dmg (300~ with HE) could do at least 20-50 dmg on well placed shots... Now tier 6 and even a lot of 7's are simply doomed. Removing the old HE was a horrible decision, then again, not like they care when they're doing stuff like this.

@@vasileradu9407 idk, when I still played, the old HE round from lttb could at least do something to even the most of the most armored tanks if I was smart about it (lob it on the roof or between tower and hull, on the hull roof or side, under the tracks, etc). When the HE mechanics changed I just stopped playing because I know there's a lot of situations where you can't do anything at all no matter what.

This tank is better than a lot of tier tens, yet it is a tier eight.

But here's the thing... If there's a tier 8 like this now, think of the full tier X when the entire tech tree line of them gets added... What, we're just gonna have a fucking tank with the speed of an EBR, the armor of a Maus and a gun of the FV4005 with the accuracy of a STRV in siege mode?
@@videontekuro9399 The tech tree versions dont have as good armor and guns as this one, they wont be broken. This tier 8 prem has basically better armor than the tier x version because tier x has big weakspots

The fact that this beast is a tier 8 and it can meet poor tier 6s is mindblowing and straight up insane from wargaming. I already see platoons full of BZs every game. At least bump it up to the same tier as cobra if you're gonna make it this broken. Luckily for us though,wargaming said you can pen the side of the gun when it's beeing depressed,which makes it balanced.

@@Astelch when i used to play this game (i have like 5000 battles only) i almost always got uptiered to tier 8 as a tier 6, and im not trying to inflate the story, almost every match i played in a tier 6 was against tier 8.
@@Astelch There are way more tier 8 players than tier 6 which means that if you play at low pop times you're almost always gonna meet higher tiers. The fact that you can hop into your hellcat,jackson,su etc,start the battle,get spotted and get oneshot by a BZ is just absurd.

I don't think WG is thinking much at all lately. Only about short term sales maybe. Or they know their game is dieing, so instead of fixing it, they are driving it into the ground with stupid tanks extra fast, while making extra short term money. But long term they will lose players if the keep adding stupid tanks like this.
I'm shocked when first time met this tank in ridge line, not expect him to shot that damage with HE
I’m genuinely considering quitting WoT all together. The boxes are now (literally) predatory beyond what is reasonable. The mere inclusion that you gamble for OP tanks and even Teir 9s makes it go from just greedy to straight toxic for the player base. Outside of its blatant overpoweredism and jet booster (a powerful mobility tool, on a hull down meta tank, that hides its one actual weakness), what does the BZ bring that we don’t already have.

Every time i check this game is getting worst , i used to play a lot but WG priorities are greedy af so i took a long break.
However you are one of the few content creators i follow mainly to support u , as for the game i'm not interested tbh
imagine the rage when I played against this tank like a week ago because a guy on the enemy team was one of those who test these tanks
Multiply that by six for the next month cause 1/3 of every team is gonna be comprised of this tank

I don't get why WG removed the HE as standard from the gun then made AP standard and the HE gold, seems like a way to just force you to fire gold so you won't make any credits just like the Cobra.
yeah, ammo is totally p2w. no single reason to fire standard with this thing.

@@StrKiddy2 I found one reason today, after 5 attempts with AP I managed to hit and overmatch the roof of a Vipera for 500 damage, of course I could have just spammed 5 gold rounds and done about 400 damage each hit but it felt like a small achievement 🤣

Basically anyone playing for free is just a cannon fodder. I wish that some game developer could create a similar game to create a bit of competition, but all of them are too obsessed with FPS.
I don't know why I thought this was a Tier 9 only to realize it's a Tier 8. I usually avoid broken tanks like the plague, but I'm on a mission to collect all Chinese vehicles so I must *ACQUIRE PRODUCT*

okay after 2 weeks of playing against it. its fair to say that this thing is by far the most cancerous broken tank in the game as of today, at least in tier 8. Impossible to pen, anihilator of tiers 8 with no armor, godly acceleration on top of that so it get in position before you... WG fuck it up once again really. It will be sold at a cost even more stupid that double D or T56
Im still ticked off that ive wanted the Pz38H for so long, and i logged into the game during the Christmas boxes, and had no idea it would be in the boxes, i wouldve bought at least 10 lootboxes.

I kinda like the gun and armor concept but the rockets are just too much.
It hurts me on multiple levels that WG puts out tanks like this and y'all eat it up and buy OP premiums and lootboxes, but are bewildered that WG never makes any changes to the game for the better. You support WG and their awful MTX, you're the reason the game is in this state.

Just been in a 6 v 8 game against this thing, I got 2 kills and a 700 HP then was one shotted by BZ. Really is pushing me to giving up. This video has convinced me. Can u imagine a 3 tank squad of these.
My first battle after 3 years of not playing WoT... I choosed Lowe and I encountered BZ and i was like WTF... uninstalled the game after that. I love this game with all my heart, I'm playing it from 2013 but enough is enough. I enjoyed my day playing Armored Warfare

When setup with improved grousers rammer and survivability this thing becomes quite the beast I think, tho I could swap rammer for Vstab
I got this in my 3rd crate, can't work out what equipment to use as I feel like you need every gun buff possible but I also feel like I want to maximise the mobility.
Turbo plus Rammer and Stabilizer is probably the best tbh
@@mhbplooni5848 I went with Improved Hardening, Turbo and Rammer in the end, I fibd your at such close ranges the vee stab wasn't making much difference, I am doing a lot of ramming so the faster track repair and extra HP really helped, shame the gun is the same pay to win nonsense as the Borrasque though, gold ammo is just miles better unless your just trying to snipe at an overmatch angle on the roof of a vipera or something.
@@johnfarscape you can also drop rammer if you feel like it you are not that often shooting on reload in this tank.

Hey kajzoo, I heard about you form a friend of mine and have come to love your videos and how well you can explain your every move, positioning and usage of armor. Perfectly fine if not, but I just thought it's worth to ask if it's possible for you to analyze MY replay and point out my mistakes and what could have I done better in that game?
Tank looks broken even without the rocket booster. Its basically just another tank on the same level as the Tornvagn... Although at least this has a weakness on the turret and the gun is more fun. Not a good edition for balance though, that's for sure.
Everything would be ok if they switched alpha dmg between standard and premium ammo

This tank makes me feel so stupid for wasting time and money on this game. Its litteraly as toxic as the FV4005 and as meta as the progetto 46, this means tier VIII matchmaking is completly ruined for the forseeable future. I love this game but this is the straw that broke the camels back, i cant justify playing this game anymore.
4005 has somewhat next to no armor and shitty aiming time actually, thus its at least easy to counter it 💀 but 176? probably spend the entire match flanking just this thing
