ONE ONE ONE Eagle Street - Growing towards the light By The GPT Group
With its world leading design, ONE ONE ONE Eagle Street in Brisbane, Australia has set a new benchmark in innovative architecture.
By incorporating the principles of biomimicry, the tower design was inspired by the way plants grow upwards, towards the light. This design allows for large, flowing and open spaces for customers and the community to utilise and enjoy.
The building was officially opened by Queensland Premier, the Hon. Campbell Newman on 1 August 2012 and the 85 seat Bistro One Eleven, by renowned Brisbane chef Philip Johnson, is now open.
Having already achieved a 6-star green star design rating, which makes it a world leader in sustainable design, GPT is now aiming for a 6 Star Green Star As Built rating and a 5 Star NABERs Energy rating.
ONE ONE ONE Eagle Street reflects GPT's quest to create, own and manage world leading, environmentally efficient buildings.
