    Very concise clearly understood Aussie review, and good video. Adding personally observed eye opening attributes are a plus, e.g. can fell tall overgrown grass faster than a speeding bullet (17,000FPM/193MaH*). *Amerikan for milesanhour (one word).

    Great video. My concern is getting support or service for this mower. Although it seems you haven't had any issues in a year... Curious if you knew?

    • @lawnporn

      I can only speak from the Australian 🇦🇺 perspective. Support here is great as far as I know. They’ve got a good load of spares and I think most of the dealer network can fix minor issues with bigger issues being sent to a central location for Greenworks Australia.
      Still so far with this mower, now entering 2 years not an issue however the use has been light.

    I saw somebody else do a review of this mower and they loved it but after one year I guess they had troubles with the batteries and had to replace them which could get expensive. Curious as to your experience with the batteries and if you haven’t had it a year I guess we would have to wait-and-see? Thanks thanks I believe they may have said they were switching to lithium ion but I would be surprised if these weren’t lithium ion already? Also love seeing the Rottweiler, as a former owner of three myself myself I love the Breed.

      I’ve had it over a year and I’ve not seen any battery degradation. Stored in a super hot shed too.
      Not sure about the lithium ion question sorry.
      Rotties are sweet dogs. Our first one.

    did you need to add gearbox oil PRIOR to first use. There seems to be a question as to whether or not the machine arrives with oil in the two gear boxes. Thank you!

    • @lawnporn
      @lawnporn  Год назад +1

      Arrives with oil. Nothing to do but assemble the seat and lat bars

      Been hard to find, but should the gearbox oil be drained and replaced? Or just topped off each season ?

    • @jfabritz
      @jfabritz 3 месяца назад +1

      @@jakeking6213 It should be replaced after the first 50 hours of use, then I think it was every 200 hours afterwards. You need to jack up the machine and take the tires off in order to get at the drain screws and fill cap.

    Great advertisement. Not sure it’s a “review” when the machine was provided free, there’s nothing but positive things to say (of course - it was free!) and no mention of its competitors. I’m tempted to get one of these but would be good to understand its weaknesses and how it compares to other electric mowers.

    • @lawnporn
      @lawnporn  7 месяцев назад

      This machine was a loan. No money changed hands. The review is an honest evaluation and I didn’t have anything to compare it to at the time. It’s a great mower.

      @@lawnporn Fair enough. Thanks for the reply and apologies my first comment was snarky. Would love to trial one of these and see how it compares to eg the Ryobi ones from Bunnings.
