    I had a 1974 Hiwatt Dr201 it had 6- 6CA7`s (El34`s) Mullard. Massive Partridge transformers. Great Amp! Was manufactured Feb. 24th 74, Hylight Electronics.

    Toronto ?when did that happen ? does this mean that Hiwatt is finally getting their act together and we may actually be able to buy these amps around the world ?

    Can't relate to that sound . Play bass on my life that sounds absolutely terrible

    You need a bass with better pickups.

      His pickups are perfect. Chris has the greatest bass sound ever in the context of his band!

      Gibson tend to make pretty good pickups
