Asalam o alakum. App frozen food ko fried karny ka tareeqa bhi batain bcoz un freeze kar ka shape and taste changed ho jata ha ya ander sa freeze hi raha jati ha like samosa stuffed kabab aur aalo ka kabab ko jab unfreez kar k fry karty ha to woh ajeeb shape k.ho jaty ha

Using sill batta is a hard labour. And now physical strength of people is not like that of our elders. U can help her by using sill batta aur mesh it with a mesher or daal ghotni in degchi. Not sure about mesher but dal ghotni gives same texture. Or u can take out botian n mesh it. Grind daal n mix everything together then u can enjoy the same old taste

Even today my mama makes it on sil batta and I love that she's not modern, I like her simplicity, she is in her 50s
