Surely I'm not the only one thinking that Shige's tapping is the cleanest in the entire game. Every movement just appears so purposefully flawless. It's kind of insane how he can get such good accuracy on this map even though he choked.
Shige is the only top player who is a 1k pp hater. Any very doable map for him with a potential 1k pp, he really avoids it, or will do an acc choke on purpose. Like: shinbatsu o tadori (missed on air, acc choke on easiest part), my heart will go on (hdhr, only played because of dono), this map (hd, played because of dono, he said its easy and got worse acc than his hdhr play), freedom dive hdhr (missed on air, probably something), jaashin (hd, even when unranked, he choked it and never played it ranked w/o hr), Troopers of the star (hdhr) etc. Idk why but after watching him for a long time, he really avoids 1k pp and just stay on 900pp. Welp, he hates pp system after all. He never tries at all to get pp. Just grinding good song (mostly unranked). If he really tries, he can get the first fc on happy song, fc the iconic yomi yori, chronostasis hdhr non edited, and other maps. Too many to state them all. Being a fan of him is truly gut-wrenching, a thorny path, and needs lots of patience. And its truly worth it in the end. Hope he comes back.
bro this is a 1.2k pp choke and it was literally a month ago or something. shige is literally throwing by uploading this stuff soooo late and i know he wants to keep stuff clean and minimal but these titles just are not it they dont get views this channel is managed horribly

Still improving for this fucking long is mind boggling, and the fact the he stagnated during 2019-2020 shows how his improvement was halted due to his mindset getting fucked. Like he's on the zone then was shocked to see the time left and combo that he is about to get 1k so it's time to sliderbroke then missed twice just not to get 1k. This play is so smooth asf. It's an unbelievable miss which you'll think he's not trying to get 1k on purpose. A message that he hates 1k at all.
