Growing Potatoes? Here's what you need to know!

Chris is in a field of ware potatoes today to discuss the importance of foliar nutrition and biostimulants during the critical growth phases of tuber initiation and tuber bulking.
With particular focus on YaraVita MAGPHOS K and BIOTRAC:
YaraVita MAGPHOS K:
Supports tuber initiation and bulking, increasing tuber numbers and marketable yield. Recommended application is 5 litres per hectare, with repeat applications every 10 to 14 days if needed.
YaraVita BIOTRAC:
Based on Ascophyllum nodosum (seaweed extract), BIOTRAC contains nutrients and organic acids that benefit crops under abiotic stress, such as herbicide application or moisture stress. Including BIOTRAC at 2 litres per hectare with MAGPHOS K has improved marketable yield, especially in unirrigated crops.
Our Recommendation:
For optimal results, apply MAGPHOS K at 5 litres per hectare from tuber initiation through to tuber bulking. Consider adding 2 litres per hectare of BIOTRAC in conjunction with MAGPHOS K to enhance yield, particularly in stressful conditions.
