When you were making the ears for the lamb you gave us Row 1-3 you skipped row 4 and went right to row 5-8 sc all around! What is step 4! I enjoyed your tutorial and I wrote each step down.

You can place the jingle bell directly between the wadding, or you can place the jingle bell in a small box (like the kinder surprise), and place the box between the wadding :)
