  • Adding a little bling to the Grom with a gold chain and black rear sprocket. Keeping the 14tooth front 38 tooth rear combo as I have been really happy with that gearing. Thanks for watching!

    Would you be able to post the link where you got the chain? Having a bit of trouble finding the correct one, thank you.

      Here is amazon link to the chain we used for some reason it says it doesnt fit grom but it does in fact fit lol. Probably cuz you have to cut it to length. Hope this helps and thanks for watching! 😎🤘🏼

    Did you tell a difference in performance with that sprocket. It's almost 12 oz in less rotating mass and I bet on these little bikes that much rotating mass is noticable am I right?

      I couldn’t really notice the weight maybe a little but the gearing is so muchh betterr dropping a tooth in the front!😎🤘🏼

    what do you mean by "we went with impact" what kind of tool is this what does it do?

    • @Floatsorrolls1
      @Floatsorrolls1  Год назад

      An impact essentially just creates a large jolt of energy on the nut to loosen it easier than being done by hand. Heres a link to the one we used to get u a better idea.

      Its not necessary but makes the job easier. Its the same tool tht mechanics use to get lug nuts off wheels. Thanks for watching and let me know if yah got any other questions 😎

      Not sure the exact one we have for the front but we had got these for our big bikes and they work for the grom lol super nice stands

    Aye sup i have a gram need a chain but dont not wat size it use

    • @Floatsorrolls1
      @Floatsorrolls1  5 месяцев назад

      420 is wht the stock size is and thts what i went with. You can go oring or non oring personal preference really. Oring or xring chains you typically see more life out of. You will have to cut it down to size like i do in the video. Definitely recommend dropping a tooth in the front sprocket while its apart for $15 bucks it gave it alot more low end if your a bigger guy and didnt affect my top speed. Thanks for watching!
