Southern Peach Cobbler|Cinnamon Spice

Ingredients:
2 large cans peaches in heavy syrup (14oz)
2 pie crusts
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2-3 tsp lemon 🍋 juice
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 dash of salt
3 tbsp corn starch mix In 1/4 cup water
1egg / pastry brush
Add all Ingredients In a pot (Except cornstarch-set aside)
Cook peaches on medium heat and stir
Bring to a low boil and turn heat down allow to cook on low add cornstarch mixture and turn off heat
Assemble peach 🍑 Cobbler In pan with pie crusts
Brush pie crusts with egg to give a golden brown color
Bake 400 degrees 20-25min
