So many videos out there that make this method look difficult and confusing to new saddle hunting folks. This is the best video on RUclips showing how simple one sticking is. Great job!
Really good video. I think you just sold me on the one stick from Eastern. I also like the aiders in the built in pouch. I’ll be keeping those in mind. I don’t think you need many steps, maybe two at most. Once you start the climb and you are hanging and you put the one stick back on the tree in front of you a two step aider looks like it will do the trick. Thanks again!
The rappel rope has a metal connection that comes with it provided by eastern woods out doors. It stays in place really well. Once right with weight it doesn’t move

Thank you!$
Love the simplicity in explaining everything. Some of these how to videos make one sticking look complicated which it's not.
Yeah we agree! Thought it would be good to put one of our own together.

Yes we love it and it is so light!! I have a stick option as well, but this is nice for long hikes.
Very good
Thanks little buddy
Excellent job 👍
Thanks
What do you do with the aider when you're hunting?, Leave it hang or tuck it in some place ???
Just leave it hang.
What are you using to keep your girth hitch from sliding down the tree? Is that an Ohm or whatever they call them? From Innovating the Outdoors?
Everything we use is on Eastern Woods outdoors. Not sure what you mean by girth hitch?
@@woodravenoutdoors1084 where your tether goes through the loop on the end of the tether, making a girth hitch around the tree.

It was a super hot day… lol
@@woodravenoutdoors1084 the heat is a killer. I've been practicing my climbing and I sweat buckets. Happy hunting and be safe out there
