Where’s the evidence that any women is being stopped getting any work becuase of ageism?
I think it's the inverse. Young women are only hired because they're hot. As they lose their beauty the numbers become natural again.

How many jobs do you want men to do Jane? And the taxpayer shouldn’t fund women’s retirement if women want more retirement money in there retirement fund, they can do more paid work.
