Hello Dr Alex.. Thank you for the video. My dog is also facing kennel cough from past 2 weeks.. The problem is she has a rough cough like you said but along with that she tries to vomit.. Anything she eats she vomits right there and her breath too smells bad... Any Recommendations??
The body's immune system cures the disease if it's just a minor viral infection. The honey may just help soothe some of the symptoms. Meds are generally only needed if a dog is feeling sick

We will often not see a case of this for about 9 months and then it comes in a big wave. Hope you're both doing well!

It sounds like there's more too it than kennel cough. A slight retch after a coughing episode can be normal but not vomiting after eating anything
Can honey completely cure the disease without other meds or we give meds and honey to dog
