I've only recently gotten into traditional designed knives and I'm really enjoying how carbon steel develops a beautiful patina from normal use. The workmanship put into those sheath's you showed here are extremely well done. Thanks very much for sharing and Cheers!
Erica, everything you show, touch, etc., comes dressed in over-alls! I mean every knife, sheath, tool, you show is ready for work! No showpieces here. Best!
Glad you’re digging that mini Copperlock, I’ve been loving mine in stag and SS but the patina yours is taking with that CV is gorgeous. And thanks for the shoutout!
I like the way that sow belly drops down on the pinky and ring finger. Good leverage, like a 940. How sweet is the sawed bone on the honey Bruin! Love locks! Case should bring back the Tribal Lock.
The Sowbelly is a beautiful knife. My favorite is the full size Sodbuster by Case. It's easy for me to open and fits my hand just perfectly. Amazon has the Old Timer for $54
My favorite knives are single blade ones, love lock backs, and Sodbuster Jr.’s. That Bruin is awesome I’m gonna have to pick me up one of those. I think I would like I sow belly knife too. Thanks for the video, and see ya on the next one.
Girrrllll, I'd feel like a million bucks if I ate steak everyday! 😁 No wonder that Bruin is brightly colored and happy. 😅 Great review updates and loving that awesome variety of gorgeous leather slips. @Richterknives slips rock! 💪
No, the knife in the coffin slip will not get buried. Con not believe my eyes when you open the Bruin one handed. Need two on mine. Great tiner town and slip review E.
All very cool knives. I’ve been using my Texas Toothpick with 1095 to cut all my fruit & meat, it’s awesome. I think I’ll have to get a Sodbuster next.
Greetings from Long Island NY. I would've liked to have gotten one of those single blade Sowbelly knives. I have the Sowbelly Stockman but the high profile of the sheep's foot blade creates a hot spot in my hand. Huge fan of the Mini Copperlock.
THANK YOU - from all the case knives i trully like the shape of the sow belly it whispers in my ear, " Look at me I'm the right tool for you ", maybe one day I'll have one - Have a lovely day full of little miracles 🌞☀🌞
What, no tribal lock? 😁 Otherwise, good choices. A couple of years ago when I heard that Case was going to stop making the single blade sowbelly I got busy and ordered one in yellow Delrin. Fantastic knife, as are all the Tony Bose designs.
You and I are practically “twinsies” when it comes to traditional EDC’s. I rotate between one of my Soddy’s, the Bruin, and the Mini Copperlock. Have you ever tried the Case Tribal Lock?
@@ericasedc just got my first Tribal Lock in the mail today and I love it! I don’t understand why Case would discontinue it? If it didn’t sell, was this knife their best kept secret? Case really needs to make a Sod Buster-ish knife with a lock back, for those folks who are uncomfortable without a lock (like new people coming into the hobby who didn’t grow up with slip joints like you and I)…
Erica, to get the patina on that Bruin do you leave the oils on there for awhile. Should you not whipe the blade clean or what's the best way to go about it
Cool knives. I just picked up a NOS 1979 little cute 3" Case Peanut with Appaloosa bone covers and CARBON steel blades. It's awesome. Shoot me your email address, Erica! I wanna send you a knife, but you need to pick the one that you want first... I asked for your email already in your last video, but maybe that got lost in the shuffle or whatever. No worries, though! You're gonna love whichever knife you wind up picking, I promise 😀👍

It’s a law on Erica’s Planet you know!!!❤
I don't own a Case, yet, but I plan on getting the Sodbuster, a favorite among many. Great review, thanks, Erica.
Glad you found some love for the mini copper lock! My favorite case pattern next to the sow and sod 🤙
Yeehaw!

Patinas comin out nice! Randy makes dome killer slips, 100%
Mhmmmm!❤
Thanks for the shoutout! Yeah that sowbelly is cool, to my knowledge the only stockman knife that’s ever been turned into a single blade 🤔
So cool!

You gave me the case mini copper lock! I’ll start carrying it now. The white covers don’t bother me so I think I’ll like this knife! 😂
Great line-uo
Thank ya!
Good stuff 👍
Thanks!!!
Excellent ❤❤
Thank you Richard!
If you have not tried the CRKT Venandi You will be shocked on how good it is. It has not left my pocked since I picked it up 2 months ago.
That’s a really nice line up, no school like old school
Precisely!
Love to see users I love the cv blades I’m using a large stockman in yellow delrin and the lrg trapper on my hip they make a great pair
Love that!!!!

Yesss love Tony’s stuff!!!
Have you tried the triballock, I have been carrying one for years now it has become my favorite pocket knife for edc.
I gave mine away. Wasn’t a big fan!
❤ this video
It loves you more❤

Beautiful patina. How do you clean your knives after a meal?
Wipe them with a paper towel or my pants😂
That Old timer lockback is nice
I have a few traditionals, but I really like the modern folders. Is a SAK considered traditional? Always have a small one in the 5th pocket.
Maybe!
