@@Carritube Yes! Well, story time XD my pixel 2 broke (the camera was not working at all! I adore photography so this was stressful for me) around October and therefore the phone started being weird and I couldn't use any themes plus Android 10 at that time was not allowing third party theme apps so it was annoying but on December 4th (finally after weeks of waiting) my pixel 3a came in the mail! One of the apps I quickly was line launcher! So that night I stayed up making it look nice / organizing the phone! Lately I've noticed it switches from the default launcher to line launcher sometimes but it could be a problem with the March Android 10 update so idk but yes, it's still holding up and I feel like it'll be my go to app no matter how many years pass / what phone I switch too! (:

Yeah Note 9 is a great value, you also have the option still getting the XR then get an older Tab S4 or older that comes with an S-pen, or get an older Ipad 6th gen and apple pencil used for $250. If you prefer size over portibility, also depends on your budget too, and if you want to be carrying 2 devices at once or rather just have your phone to do everything even with the downside of a much smaller screen. So I'd weigh you options and try to get the best bang for your situation
