I did use different noodles than you did just to use them up and they worked fine! I used the last of my fettuccine and linguini noodles but they've been up in my cabinet for a long time. They won't last 3 days now! Yum yum!!!!!

The stem of the broccoli is really good. Just use a small knife and peel off the outside skin. You can cut them in thin slices and fry it like regular
