My friend has been pleased with this vacuum. I put it together and other than one of the wheels coming back out(which I had a bit of difficulty with) ruclips.net/user/postUgkxnBiz5H40H0BTcRcPDEHZkcV2smSjfUD0 it was easy to assemble. It's worked well and the large size has been handy for vacuuming up sawdust around my friend's tablesaw. The wheels and handle make it simple to move around, so the bulky size isn't overly a negative, unless you're lacking on space. It has a bag that can be used to collect the dust, though it doesn't have to be used. It works perfectly great without it and it is an added expense when replacing the bag. If vacumming water, just leave it out. It comes with various attachments, which are handy. A durable bag attaches to the handle to hold them and I love this feature. It has good power and it's a nice option for a shop vac.

    • @tonyvargas6981

Not necessarily, remember hot water and cold water dry At the same time in this senerio because the hot water cools immediately after it hits the mat, in this case the one that will dry faster is the one with the most suction because it will get more water out of the mat. And most likely it will be the mytee 8070.

Mytee is better than the Aquapro vac because it has a heater and hot water always cleans better than cold water plus it helps the upholstery dry faster however the Pro Vac is cheaper and you don't need the Mytee if you have a steamer (in my opinion) just steam clean the upholstery and use the Pro Vac to vacuum the water.

Good review. At the 499.00 price point of the the AQUA PRO and you, being a professional detailer that has used it 100's of times without issue, it's a no brainer. AQUA PRO! Yea, I guess having 'warm water' at the head is ok, but I don't think it effects performance really in anyway. If you want 'warm water, just add it in the AQUA PRO and extract away! I don't see that the the MYTEE is worth the cost of buying 3 AQUA PRO'S. Maybe you can show us the Temp. of the spray from both machines. I bet they are not very different, say 3 inches from the nozzle within the spray field?

Ya, I would say lean on video reviews like this. I find that on amazon people will leave bad reviews when they get the machine and they were expecting something else. So its not so much the machine is badly advertised or that Mytee is being deceptive, but that the customer thought one thing, and experienced another. Video reviews are a bit more reliable because you get your expectations set

Bro, you really don't know what your talking about. Not trying to disrespect. But the water does not cool the vacuum motors. Those vacuum motors are not water cooled they work exactly like a regular vacuum cleaner just more powerful. Actually you need to put defomer in the black tank to keep the foam from getting suck up thru the vacuum motors cause tha would shorten the life of the vac motor. And another difference between these two extractors is that the hook ups on the mytee are the same hook ups a
Professional truck mount unit uses, you could actually use the same hoses and wand a truck mounted system uses. But of course with much less power than the truck mount.
So to even say that the two extractors are the same is false info.
The mytee 8070 is a professional carpet extractor the other one is like a step up from using those extractors you buy at Walmart but definitely not professional quality.
I actually have a mighty light extractor and and I use it in my carpet cleaner company.

What? You mean an extractor that costs approximately $700 more is better? Go with what you can afford and what your business sales revenue can support at the time.
