I dont understand a part of this. Basically you listed a whole bunch of missions and gave them do but never told how to do the missions. Can you explain. (Btw no hate)

oh sorry about not clarifying, the missions you have to do are in the mission stories section and when you click on them the game gives you a tutorial itself and by the time you finish all of them you will have completed all the challenges.

You can finish challenges, restart the mission and still keep the XP? Does this also work if you reload a save?

yes, if you complete a challenge you will get the xp and you can restart the mission or reload a save
