Just started watching you guys, great videos btw. Really random one, I think at 1:40 in you may have a very early channel appearance of Barry Winton! Had to do a double take!
That Hard Stuff album is absolute killer! Once of my favourite early 70s hard rock albums. You got a bargain there at £25 Strangely enough, do you know who I bought my own copy from? None other than Barry Winton!! Haven't seen him for a few years now. Good to see he's still around and collecting. Keep the record fairs vids coming.
Awesome, George! Definitely a great album to have, especially as I'm such a big Atomic Rooster fan! :) Thanks for the comment, love to hear all your stories! Perhaps will see you at a fair some time. And will definitely keep the videos coming ;)
@@thevinylhunters May well do. I'm usually at the Victoria one in November - I was there 2021, when you did the first vid actually. I'd be at more in London, but not a resident there sadly. Keep up the good work!
I clicked because of that Hard Stuff - Bulletproof LP. Killer record, found one here in Brooklyn for 50 cents a few years back. VG+ cover, EX disc. 25 BP is a good deal depending on condition. I sold my copy for 100USD.
Hy hunters of the black gold. btw both Hard Stuff Bulletproof purple records gatefold and Bolex Dementia, mercury red label . I bought them in germany at good condition/hard cover . What a great music
I bought that Hard Stuff album like 5 years ago without even hearing the music. It had 2 good things going 4 it the guys on the cover looking like rockers &was on purple records with i think the purple guys producing!! And the best part was spinning that bad boy great record!!!
I remember that name dropping character Winton...used to barge to the front of the stage, pushing everyone out of his way at gigs. Seriously lacking in manners.
@@verty87 Totally. I knew him. He offered to buy me breakfast. As soon as we got in the cafe he said to the person working there Egg on toast please. I felt like saying I wanted eggs and bacon and mushrooms. He is as tight as a ducks behind. You are not wrong and Jimmy Page can't stand him.
@@Chaseniceness He's got it in his head that He's Manfred's Earthband biggest fan, and used to follow them round everywhere.I was told that the band think he's a prick and try to hide if they see him coming. Winton, if you read this you're a first class knobwit!
@@thevinylhunters Yes. We hit an impasse because his collection was so large he already had multiple copies of everything I was offering! First world problem..
Grandad likes his bootlegs... Plant and Page and Any Winehouse 😁 No factory sealed in 'benelux'. I sell at fairs, we get single albums for £8 and doubles for £10/12 from our 'sources' ... Hard Stuff (hope it plays OK) and Dio, not bad, relative bargains depending on condition...
Hard stuff was a great buy! Would now love to get one in better condition and I’m after their other album too. He does like his bootlegs! Thanks for watching 😊

I spoke to Barry Winton on the phone once, when he replied to my advert in Loot. No prizes for guessing the goods I was selling..
Let me guess… vinyl records.. 😂
