Mount Marathon Trail - Seward, Alaska

We hike straight up Mount Marathon (3,022 elevation gain in 1.4 miles!) in Seward, Alaska while being filmed from below. Great views of Resurrection Bay. This trail is the race course for the famous Mt. Marathon 5k held on the Fourth of July every year.

We see a bear, a ptarmigan and mountain goats on the way.
