For PRACTICE ONLY - try swinging your elbowing leg up and swing back down but instead of landing to the ground swinging to the back much like back-kick. While your leg is swinging backward, your body will lean to opposite side, so throw your elbow simultaneously. For jump, you do the same thing except the jump and twist your hip and turn your body half moon. Hope this help... enjoy your learning Kbach Kun Khmer Boran.
