Since this video they've added a few more things! Most notably:
In the Dwarven Mines at x: 181, y: 150, z: 59 there's a Gold Essence Shop!
> Increased Healer EXP
> Increased Scatha chance
> Increased Mining EXP (On Mining Islands)
> Increased Vitality
> Increased Mining Speed
> Increased Chance of Gold Trophy Fish
New Perk: Unbridled Rage added to Dragon Essence shop. Increases Berserk class XP gain.
New Perk: Toxophilite added to Spider Essence shop. Increases Archer class XP gain.
Gold & Diamond Essence can now drop from Treasure Chests in the Crystal Hollows.
Whale Bait is now a lot more effective in fishing up rare Lava Sea Creatures
M4 has one Spirit Bear now
And a few other things! :D

As long as you can access the Crystal Nucleus, Gemma (the Diamond shop) should be unlocked by default ! :)
