Does your model have WiFi? If it does, try bringing your machine closer to the WiFi or, alternatively, if it is a late enough model to connect by cable to your computer, try that way. 🙂
Please help. I’m looking at a second hand machine in a few days time. She bought it second hand and says she hasn’t used it. Can I check if the machine is still registered to someone ? Can I use it even if it is ?
@suegalley you can use it standalone if it is still registered to someone else. Also with transferring designs using a USB. You won't be able to connect to wifi and send your designs directly from Canvas Workspace. I have heard of some crafters who have had Brother reset something however this is only hearsay. You also don't mention what model. Some of the older models do not have WiFi so it won't make any difference if this is the case 🙂. Let me know how you go with your new purchase.
Brilliant! Thanks for this information. ❤❤❤
