Lol dilated doesn't mean not moving. It means not "big." (Doctor here) Yes, confusion, dizziness, memory loss, consistent headaches, visual changes, photophobia, etc are concussion symptoms--but any time you fall unconscious, you should go to the doctor to rule it out, regardless.

They both said they don’t do anything for concussions, but you need to be monitored for more severe complications like persistent headaches, vision problems, slurred speech, memory issues. I’ve been an optometrist for 42 years. Pupil reactions are not obvious and require a bright, focused light. I wouldn’t trust Myles. If Charlie had dilated pupils, it would probably be more from smoking dope. Which I am not a fan of, despite the modern propaganda.

She may be joking a lot--they tend to have really macabre senses of humor--or she may be half-truthful. Not unusual. You have to remember, this is someone who stayed for a long time with someone who tried to run her over. There's an entire different world in which her brain lives re: what is normal or not in a relationship. Towards the end, too, it's clear that she's feeling like she's not enough for him, and most of this is a front. ("He's not gonna like that," in her mind, makes her switch away from particular parts quickly) This may be part of her healing, or maybe she's already done that part of her journey and these are scars, or maybe she's still needing therapy and support. But overall, don't assume, because this is a totally common reaction to her past.
