Legendary businessman and entertainer Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested and charged federally with Racketeering Conspiracy, Sex Trafficking, and Transportation to Engage in Prostitution. He was denied bail twice. Nonetheless, his defense attorneys proclaim he is innocent. Bold statement by the defense for sure.
There’s heavy opinions on both sides. A lot of folks are saying he’s already done. Supporters have him beating the case. Where are you at on it? We’ll see how it plays out.
"Suzy Q LOVED the Freak Offs, she marked it on her calendar to attend the Freak Offs" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That’s funny! You can see it happening though!
Ngl i like this style of commentary. Feels like commentary right before a ufc fight LOL
Haha, thanks man! I actually love those both in UFC and boxing and the long camp/backstory pieces.
Your right. Its a ritual to embarass puff
That’s a fair take. It’s dangerous pissing off the wrong people.
Bro trying to get invited to the freak offs 😂
That’s funny, 😂 but nah I’m good!!
@@JamahlKersey 😂😂
Great assessment Brother 💯
@@cav65much appreciated! 👊🏾
@@JamahlKersey 👊🏽
I hope he beats this case and quickly returns home to his children! By the way I enjoyed listening to your point of view.
We’ll see. It’s way to early to tell at this point. I appreciate the kind words though! 🙏🏾
N yes your speed of speech is awesome and easy to follow in this video.❤❤❤ We love to see it
I appreciate it! I’m still trying to get this content creation down.
@@JamahlKersey very relatable
Interesting video thank you. I have no idea what the outcome will be but I was surprised by the magistrate judge denying bail, and I know the SDNY prosecutors don't lose many cases.
Thanks for watching! Bail in this case was one of those that could have gone either way, but in an abundance of caution regarding the potential for witness tampering and/or intimidation, amongst the other issues raised, the denial wasn’t entirely unexpected.
Yea, SDNY has a pretty solid record so that’s a significant factor to take into consideration. From the defense’s perspective, they’re putting it as, you may not like my client, you may not agree with his lifestyle, but everyone who participated in these events enjoyed themselves and were willing to be there. The video evidence will likely be favorable to him in that sense.
Puff isn't innocent. That dude has been hanging out with way too many pre-teen boys not to be sus af.
The Usher and Bieber stuff is disturbing.
I’m from bk Bedstuy my moms and pops been to a few of diddy party’s in the tunnel and she told me the after parties he would have would basically be sex magic
Sex magic! Maybe a little awkward to talk about with parents, but did you ask for details? 😅
Great job on this video, counselor!
Thank you, sir! That’s a helluva name, haha! 😅
Sean is going to prison he is cooked !
You don’t give him any chance?
What are you smoking, Puff is going under the jail
It’s his defense team’s position, not mine. It’s too early to tell how it’s going to play out, but I get where you’re coming from.
@@JamahlKersey There is video evidence of him beating Cassie V, evidence of him forcing people to have sex for his own gratification. Also allegations of him assaulting young upcoming artists and blackmailing them.
People have to realize so far it's only about Cassie.... But yes we are innocent until proven guilty. One thing he has going for him is that he and his attorney have been reporting to the prosecutors office of his movements for 6 months. I hear there is already a plea deal on the table. A lot of big execs of record labels have suddenly resigned, along with a lot of his staff around the world.
They’re still actively investigating, so more charges could be coming against Combs and others.
I actually heard the opposite, that the prosecution was not making any offers.
Yea, I saw Kevin Liles resigned, I didn’t realize others had as well. I’m sure a lot of folks are extremely nervous right now.
So that video of him & Cassie he’s innocent there too right?? I don’t mean to come off as judgmental but Diddy is a devil.
From what I can see, his lawyers are saying the sex acts were all consensual. He’s not being charged with DV specifically. DV charges are typically be prosecuted by the state versus the feds. It was from years back and so the statute of limitations would have run on him being prosecuted for felony DV.
I'd love to know your opinion on the Beau DeMayo vs Marvel civil lawsuit. Beau wrote the hit animated series X-Men 97 but was fired in March 2024. He filed a civil lawsuit against Marvel on September 3rd and seeks a judicial declaration that the non-disparagement provision violates public policy and is illegal. Deadline published the full complaint. Bryan Freedman's reasoning seems solid, I think he has a very strong case here. Any thoughts?
I believe puffy is going to win his case but the reason R.Kelly loss his. Case is because he fired his attorney whom was on the case for two years and he hired some bogus attorneys, and they loss all 9 counts. Now puffy is going to have to make sure the attorneys he have on the case now can help him if not make the changes he needs to make now than later because kellz gave himself 30 years for that gusty move he made.
I did think that it was a risky move for R. Kelly to make a change in counsel at such a late stage of the case. There was so much evidence and case history to have to catch up on. But that was obviously his choice. For R. Kelly, it probably wouldn’t have mattered who his attorneys ultimately were, it likely would have been the same result.
@JamahlKersey I actually believe Steven Greenberg would have won most of those if not all of them, now puffy has an opportunity to make sure he made the right choice in attorney if he have learned from the mistakes kellz made because kellz gave himself a 30 year sentence with that bogus move
I would probably agree if the Cassie video didn’t come out
That would be arguably a felony DV charge. He’s being charged with Racketeering Conspiracy, Sex Trafficking, and Transportation for Prostitution. He’s not being prosecuted for what happened with Cassie as a DV charge. I get where you’re coming from though.
@@JamahlKersey fair point. I only say that to say that his character and capabilities for violence and/or abuse is now on display publicly. He also allegedly bribed the hotel employee for the footage. This is a man very conscious of his actions and image. I know it’s a separate crime but For me, that among the many “power trip” stories the public has heard throughout the years is enough to justify AT LEAST an investigation into his behavior that many alleged behind closed doors.
@@Chrisisworkingrnabsolutely. I also thought it was a bad move for Puff and his legal team to write off the claims as lies and money grabs, only for the video to come back and they had to go back on their words.
Wow
🤷🏾♂️😅
Good commentary. 💯💯
I appreciate it, sir.
Agreed 👍🏽 hope his family sees this post
