The morgue comes and get the body hrs later after the crime scene have been processed.. That will explain why we saw no dead body in the front seat of the car with all those bullet holes because he was trying to jump into the back seat( His body was still in the car we just couldn’t see him until now ) …But what we do know is Julio was DOA .. So the body wasn’t moved until the morgue removed him
