Unfortunately there’s no Enqueue widget yet. You could accomplish this with a combination of Twilio Studio and Twilio Functions though.

What is the average cost per forward?
Really depends on the country, length of call, etc. Best bet is to check Twilio.com/voice/pricing
Don't forget to hit publish or the Studio Flow will not work.
