It’s similar to a swaddle or a big hug,but also… when inside a pretty duvet, the weighted blanket stays without sliding off leather pieces when the cats wants to lounge on my furniture 💕
The white and black seats you love are outdoor chairs, when I was a young child In the 70’ we use to have them in the chalets facing the beach and the Adriatic Sea in Italy. ❤️

I was also in IKEA last week, will post video from IKEA in Sweden this sunday. Its fun to see what items and furniture are considered new in your place. I had those outdoor chairs in my patio for years here in Sweden. They are amazing 👌 really comfy and so easy to maintain and clean.

I was at my local Ikea, had to check out the "Bondholmen", a round table. I will pair it with some odd chairs I have stored. 😊 And I did buy a new duvet and duvet covers. I have a cat, and she has ripped holes in my dawn duvet, so now I bought the "Strandmolke", it feels like dawn, but it is not. I wouldn´t even consider a weight duvet, I love the lightness of the dawn. 💕 Another great find was in the kitchen section. "Garnityren" silicone decorating tool, and the bakglad pastry brush and spatula. Love the soft teal and beige color.

My sister suffers from panic attacks and the weighted blankets are a real comfort to her when she has an attack. I would highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from these.

I love ikea’s model rooms. Love seeing these pieces put together looking so cozy and stylish. Make me dream to have my own home but I can’t :( my job is likely to relocate every few months to a year
I love the little plastic wine glasses for kids on holidays so they get to have “fancy cups” like the adults. I have little plastic cups that look like normal glasses and it’s perfect because my nephews are always spilling something. 🤦🏽♀️

I watch you all the way through then I go again, this time with another window open to our IKEA website, checking out if we have these items yet or if I have these gorgeous items to look forward to... and each time I am amazed at how much more expensive our items are here in Australia! I know there's the $US/$AU thing, but some things are priced way more than they should be down here. Dont care though, will buy them anyways lol. Thanks for your awesome channel here, Kristen. I want the rattan wingback, but it's not carried at my local Ikea. the nearest one is in the next city. can't get delivery from there, have to hire a van, or hire someone with a van, go over there, buy it, bring it back. maddening. The raised cutting board is also really good if someone in your house is tall enough that normal height kitchen counters cause them to have to stoop to work!
The only gripe I have with IKEA, is the “maze” you have to go through to get out of that store. Sometimes I just want to grab and go, but it’s impossible. I do like the decor. Thanks so much for sharing!!😊🪴

Hi Kristen, I had a weighted blanket. I loved it, but after a few months we found it leaked somehow. No visual tears but found sand like substance in our bed sheets. So, I needed to let ours go. But surely did like the feel of it.

The white bowls you show are nice at first but they will crack/the finish will wear after a few washes. I have a ceramic set from Costco that still looks in perfect condition after 3 years. It pays to have a higher quality dish set I think.
