I’m having the same problem, I can find the plug but I can’t get my hand or the plug in position to plug it in because there’s a lot more in the way than she’s showing
To remove connector from jk wrangler I used a flat head screw driver push clip release IN and Up. It popped right off. Release faces drivers side. You're welcome
They're both great options and achieve similar results! If you're looking for something a bit more straight forward with a no fuss design, the Speedform is a great choice. If you want a bit more than the average throttle controller including Bluetooth, an app, and more, then the Pedal Commander may be more up your alley.
I had one of these and it stopped working on the highway anytime I pushed on the peddle it wouldn’t go. However at a full stop my Jeep would go by itself. I sent it back to the company and they said it was faulty!! Never again was dangerous!
At least the company admitted their product was faulty. A lot of companies don't. I'd have had then send me a new one for free just to see if the new one worked.
Captain Rudy 4021 yes and they even sent me another I really did enjoy the product until it didn’t work. On a highway going 65 and then it fail is not good And then the Jeep throttling all by itself was scary!
You definitely will! Any throttle response controller will help give your Jeep an extra boost in well, throttle response. 😁 You combine that with a tuner like a Superchips Flashcal and you'll see firmer shift points, a corrected speedometer if you have larger tires, you'll be able to change how your Jeep reads your gear ratio if you've regeared, etc. They should both help out! -Zach
This is total BS for most jeeps, especially Jk. The top of the pedal is not accessible at all. The transmission control module is in the way. The only way to reach this is to remove the pedal. The upper bolt on the pedal is very very difficult to reach. Most installers will spend many many hours trying to get this done. Curse words will pour forth. Before anybody orders this they should look at their situation and evaluate if they can even get this plug. I would say this is a four hour job for anybody with a Jeep JK and will be very very frustrating. To make this look like a plug n play is really a dishonesty on the part of the manufacturer. Some vehicles, Sure. In 😮the jeep JK no friggin way. We install these and charge $600 in automatic JK jeeps. Buyer beware!!!

What did you remove to get to that gas pedal plug? I think you left out the most important part.

Why no driving demonstration still ?
can you review the hikeit throttle controller?
Hello, I recently installed on my 07 JKU, have you had any acceleration issues at all?
Which one would y’all recommend between the speedform vs pedal commander?

Get the Hikeit. I have it, it's super small and clean, and works beautifully every single time

So if I combine this plus a tuner I would get more pickup on the highway?😂 I think all jeeps need that

I'm reading its mostly because of the automatics having a module in the way? Are the manuals any different or easier?
Burn up some CVT transmissions
Good thing Jeep doesn't have CVTs in their Wranglers. 😉 -Zach
Why does it look like her hair was cut with a weed wacker?
Damn that thing is ugly...
