Wonderful video. Maryjane, continue to be careful as you travel. I feel as if the soul of Afghanistan has not been revealed. We only seen one part of Afghanistan with your videos, beautiful though they may be. Every clip, I wondered, "Where are the women, what are they doing, thinking, feeling, experiencing?" Women are the essence, the soul, the personification, and the embodiment of a nation. I'm glad the Afghan people were so kind and hospitable - and I kept thinking about the women and I longed to see them. America may have crime and racism but you are able to travel as you do because of your American culture and birthright. An Afghanistan woman may not ever be able to explore, learn, and discover as you do. MJ, I know you know this but remember - "Women hold up half the sky."
