I liked the content and u can hoop. But you did exactly what you critized other videos for...just put 90% of what you do in a day in a title...it would actually help if you expaned these and talked about what they actually are. I dont get why people dont talk about what we actually do...apart from meetings of course. Why not expand the topics like what we actually do to manage IaC, or program monitoring, the pain of CICD and testing...? Its like a dumb format of 10 min video devided into 9 mins of get up work out eat and do something afterwork, 45 seconds of imitating a meeting then 15 seconds of titles on a screen of what we actually do. As someone working in cybersecurity I know the risk of this and am very cautious with it. Attackers do often use social media to find out about targets and conduct social engineering to deceive, scam etc. I hope this makes sense. Despite this I aim to involve more content that discusses my personal projects outside of my work 💯🙏🏾

But this is also the problem w our industry and why it is misunderstood by both the clients and often our employers. Let alone by people who are actually watching ur videos to glean an insight as to what they might be doing in their jobs. All of the information is on the internet already. Alone on either aws or azure architecture best practices. Why not speak about how you used a resource to solve a problem? Why not explain how you had a client that believed they wanted x and in fact wanted y? You can’t tell me Theo, the pinegeon or a million other creators are violating something when they work for literally the tighted fisted companies out there…

At the moment I’m doing Google Cloud Digital Leader courses, but it appears it only leads to jobs in sales once certified. I’m not into sales so I might have to change things up.

Ohh great question!🫨And I’d definitely say work from home is better because it’s so convenient and saves money on travel! But it can get stressful working from home especially if you’re in a junior role and need a lot of guidance! So ultimately Hybrid is the best of both worlds! 🙌🏾 are you currently studying? 📚

Lol i'm a hardware / lower level admin systems tech at a nike warehouse, basically a jack of all trades with the hardware stemming outside of the MDF and our meetings are very similar lol ... "Hows it going guys?" followed by dead silence, i guess all is good if we're present and breathing ... Every single time i'm done with our meetings with our project managers i'm always thinking to myself "this should have been an email" 😆 ... Great video, I appreciate you sharing. I will mas my degree in cybersecurity in March. I still don’t know what specific field to pursue but I think I will do something in cloud. I believe it’s the future. You mentioned Microsoft Training, does your employer pay for you to study, or does work slow down so much that you can? I’m interested in the field but hate having to stay in front of the computer just waiting to clock out. If work is slow can you walk away from the monitor and say knock out some sets while you wait for something to happen or are you busy the whole time?
Amazing comment thanks for sharing! Yess most employers will encourage you to do training and allow you to use working hours to do online courses/ labs etc. they will also usually pay for the cert! And your second question I would say that depends on your role and company! But companies which adopt great principles of Work life balance will certainly not have you working at every single moment! I hope to make a video on work/life balance very sooooon 💯😎🤩
