Back when I was new to Tarkov, when I got surprised by other players my hand would shake, causing my entire screen to shake as well and making my in game character look like he was flipping out lol. Sometimes I’d even accidentally hit the space bar and my surprised character would jump
I get scared a couple of times during this video and you can clearly see my camera shake all over the place. But without the loud and annoying screaming of course ;)
Me in the beginning: "eeew, stapling bodies, draining 'fluids', I hope this game isn't about gore" ... Only 10 minutes later, handling the corpses became the most comforting part of the game x) Talk about a shift in perspective .. awesomely terrifying game.
@@petefrancisco3267 you mean mortuary workers? they drain bodily fluids to replace them with embalming fluids. those embalming fluids delay decomposition of the body so it stays "in shape", so to speak, long enough until the funeral is over. this way people can see their dead loved ones one last time, without having to see+smell the effects of decomposition. if you want more info, go to wikipedia article "embalming chemicals" - it's too much info to type here. :)
@@petefrancisco3267 To limit body decay. Bodily fluids increase decomposition rate, so funeral homes drain them and swap them out for chemicals that prevent decay, to keep the body in good shape as long as possible, usually for funerals or medical purposes.

I saw the compilations of other streamers playing this game and they got a lot of jumpscares more than you did. Some even got jump on by demons because of their wrong move. I'm amaze by how well you played this game!

Yea :) In the vid you can see the mark that appears on the forehad of the body OP chose - and that mark was from a different "house" than the house OP identified with the symbols - wrong house = wrong body. Also there's one more thing / game mechanic you can use to eliminate/confirm one choice, which OP didn't find out about. I think in this play the correct body was the second one. If you look closely, you can see its head twitching/shaking when OP pulls it out the first time 36:49 , and no other body does that. Also, it still has quite the smile, even though its mouth is wired shut 48:07 . I've played 6-7 shifts and never went wrong, and while I can't guarantee that these are 100% reliable signs .. "my" demons always were smiley and subtely twitchy. The demon can make other bodies smile, twitch, shake and contort to confuse you .. but .. these distractions are usually very visible and dramatic. The reliable hints are the subtle ones - that's what I really like about this game .. That and the fact that it's never the same. Like, you'd think you'd desensitize to the demon's attempts to scare you - but in my shifts there's always been new effects and hauntings that totally caught me off guard.

When woman didn't take it no more she killed that man. After killing or before it she went to chapel or church praying forgiviness from God and hung herself. After suicide her soul became an evil spirit and her body Rebecca needed to embalm.
It was between the two men for me. I did NOT think it was the woman: She did NOTHING, except sit up but that's a scripted event with ALL first bodies. It doesn't count. (This was before I saw the red mark on her forehead but the black guy had WAY more activity than her.)

You mean identify the demon or identify the body? Imo identifying the body is more difficult than identifying the demon. I can't make any guarantees, but so far this has always worked for me 100%: 1) When you've closed mouths on all three bodies, take a look at all faces. If one looks way happier than the other two - that's the correct body .. like here: 48:07 2) "the right body" always had scratches/cuts and/or a perfectly circular black mark from the very start. 3) "the right body" always had subtle twitches. Look in this video after 36:49 . For a very short time, the head is shaking left/right, it's barely visible. This is the kind of subtle hint you gotta look out for. On the other hand, if the movement is very visible and dramatic - it's likely a distraction and not a real clue. 4) When you're working on the correct body, the demon tries the hardest to distract you .. meaning: more visions, more knocking, or phone ringing, or door-slamming in the furnace room, more whispers, more name-calling etc. It might lock the door when you try to roll the body in/out the furnace room. 5) Before you make your final decision, confirm the body's house using the ashes, and make sure it matches the demon's house.

That the person playing burned the wrong body, which means that the demon didn't choose that body. (Sorry for the very late response, you probably figured it out by now.)
No, you just make a scribble. The purpose is to see who house of demon is possessing you, then you use the marks you find to make it's name. You as in the player irl, can write down the marks for later but you can't do it in game.
@@derrickdaniels3955 for me the scribble doesn't always make sense though. I've played 6 or 7 shifts and iirc two times I got a scribble that was neither of the 3 houses. The demon's mark usually was enough to identify the house, so it never really was a problem, but I always wondered what it means if your scribble matches none of the houses.

The scarist part of this game is the sudden jolt when you put the body away. Like, it's so sudden and loud that it makes you jump.
I've just marathoned this series and its gameplay was incredible. But once again congratulations my friend. And I hope to come back to see more videos
