I will not discourage anyone to get a basic university education, i.e. bachelor's degree because it can help boost one's career advancement , although it depends on the academic area of focus. However, if one cannot qualify to go to university but to technical/trade school, it should not be looked down on because such people can be equally successful without formal higher education. The bottom line is that success in life largely depends on the individual, i.e., a person's inner drive to learn and grow. This beautiful young woman seems exceptional. Therefore, my advice to the youth who want to migrate to Europe or America is NOT to focus on an area of study that many of their citizens pursue (e.g. accounting, human resources, journalism, arts, etc.) so that you can become more marketable. Rather, focus on areas such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and you would likely never be unemployed!
dont bash her. we all have our opinion. i will return if a job in Ghana will pay 20,000 cedi a month. already have homes and a car in Ghana. the peace in Ghana is priceless. my mental health is more important.
My story is so similar to yours Gina, but I came to school in Vancouver Island, and currently based in Calgary with my family. I have worked in HR in AHS for 19 years and the Ghanaian students who came during my time are still friends. Consider Calgary it’s not as cold as you think, but we do have some cold days.

Just say you wanna live abroad for the rest of your life. How much are you paid there to only accept $6000 per month before you relocate to Ghana? Eii young lady....
Aghh😂 so how many years is okay for one’s accent to change? Ahba!!! Ghanafuor kasa. We’ve got problems with everything. We complain about everything and that’s our downfall. All these will influence her speech. And if her accent has changed aa, what’s really wrong with that?? Doesn’t mean she cannot speak twi or no longer a Ghanaian by birth.
I know people that's move from China to Canada, surprisingly they called and willing to come back to China, I ask them on the phone was going on in Canada why they can't cope with the living in Canada
Good question!...and 6K before tax or after tax? lol. I guess she just wanted to say she is not interested in living in Ghana at this point. You need to make about $110k/y to take home 6K/month in Ontario. The average salary in Ontario is $54k/y (gross), so 6k/month take home is a tall order!
@@gh_blaqsoap2846 even to make $3,000 a month in Canada now is not that easy if you don’t have a good job,, and the question is how many people own a good job

Even ghc5,000 is better because you have your dignity home, and that $6000 is nothing here in the USA.
Someone with papers making can buy a house, Ghanaian abroad needs to buy houses where they are living, before building houses in Ghana.
