I will show you how to adjust your valves on a cylinder head. This is a close camera shot of the adjusting of the valves so there is no question on how to do it. Always remember to adjust the valves in cool temperature early morning or night.

It's just a new head he probably had a bad head gasket or warped head and just replaced it everything. I did the exact same thing for my Honda Civic 05 and got the head on eBay for cheap

You could tell it's a new head because there is no oil inside the head

I can't adjust my 3rd valve because the screw head is worn out and I can't loosen the lock nut. Does anyone know the measurements of this screw?
