hı I use spinal needle 20 G. If I see entrance of facet joint, I do intraarticuler like as little volume 1 ml. I do the remaining part periarticularly.
hi prof,when u perform the paramedian approach, area that is seen are the articular process right?then by using out of plane technique, u introduce the needle up to nearest area to exiting nerve root .am i correct? my question is how do u determine the depths before u inject the meds?
It is true. This is an important problem. The tip of the needle may not be visible in out-of-plane entries and deep applications. Sometimes I inject guesstimate, sometimes as soon as we come into contact with the bone. The best method of this application is fluoroscopic applications.

No I didn't use it. This video has been prepared to show that epidural injection can be performed under USG guidance in suitable patients.
