    Hello.ami apner vediota dekhchi...amer pcos ache...ami pray 2 mas dore yoga korse daily 45 mnt.and ojon komiyechi 15 kg...ar dayet korse proper...kinto tobow amer period hoina tik moto...akhetre ami ki korte pare
