- How much we need to live in Japan for Japanese Husband and Filipina Wife. Summary of basic needs to pay when you live in Japan. Government Taxes, Apartment Rent or Housing, Foods Budget, Car Expenses, Utilities such as Electricity, Water, Gas and Phone Bills and how it is convenient to pay these bills in Japan.
The nightmare of paying bills that I am talking here is the inefficient system of paying bills in the Philippines. There is no systematic protocol where, who, and when the bills are issued so that consumer pay the bills.
you keep the home clean and tidy . look after the man well. great personality. rare gem
I will get sick if I won't do nothing. thank you, Sir.
How very interesting…thank you
Glad you enjoyed it! My pleasure! Thanks!
I love your videos Grace. I’m happy to have met you in person. How I wish I can visit Shirakawa again.
Wow! Doctor E.G.!! How are you!! Hope you are well. I would love you have you here with us anytime. Thank you for liking my videos! There are more rooms for improvement but I am very honest with my thoughts for I am in need of speaking up my minds here in Japan. That is my reason why I love this platform. There are times I am so in love with everything about Japan but there are videos where I will share how ugly and nasty here, sometimes. I know you know what I mean.
I’ll surprise you when I get there this year 😀. Keep the videos coming.
@@theprovincialvet6879 , OK! I will!! Take care!!
Excellent video Grace. I love your cozy home!
It's a small home but there's peace and emotional strength for me every day. Thank you so much. Happy New Year.
Hi friend, thanks for sharing your beautiful and informative video. See you next time ❤
Thank you, Dear Friend for finding me here. Yeah! See you someday!
Thank you. How about a video of the local shops you go to?
Great idea! I was thinking that, too! Like what? For example, thrift stores?
More blessing po ate. Greetings from Sweden ❤❤
Stay connected, Edith! I am glad that my video reached Sweden! Thank you for watching. Blessings to you, too!
The taxes and the social security are 47% in this country according to our treasury dept,
I would say that Japanese nationals as well as permanent foreign residents like myself are secured retiring in Japan. Thank you for the info.
@@livingwithgraceinjapan Hope it would last though.
I understand. There are issues such as decreasing population. From my point perspective and personal opinion, Japan should open up migrants. But must see to it that the country could handle such measure .
Thank you for sharing your personal story with us. I hope my wife will take care of me like you do for your husband. I'm sure I will. 😊.. for the cost of living for two people in Switzerland per month I use today's exchange rate: food 137k yen, rent 343k yen, mobile 5k yen, car 100k yen, tax and insurance including retirement 300k yen and other things. I guess if I would calculate everything our expenses are about 1mio yen per month.
1 million yen a month! Switzerland is very expensive! Know what? I will share a video about how much we eat in a day- showing what kind of foods we are spending money on. It is not that expensive in Japan. Because I guess, we are not getting that amount when we retire or pension. Thank you for your comment.
@livingwithgraceinjapan that would be very interesting. Right now, the yen is very weak, and that's also a reason that everything looks expensive compared to Japan. But Switzerland is one of the most expensive countries on this planet. Salary is also very high. When I visit Japan, I always feel very rich 😊 here in my country I'm just average.
@@SwissTanuki, Swtizerland is one of the best countries for me. I wish my husband did not get this kind of health issues. We started touring places when he became like this, almost blind and unable to walk. Thanks for watching. I love interacting with my viewers.
hi Grace what’s your email?
Pension payments stop at 60 though.
Yes, it is extended to 65 instead of 60 so it is advisable and if a person is healthy, it is practical to get a job as it is also good for our mental and physical health. I tried semi-retirement at the age of 58. Believe me, it wasn't a good idea not to do anything at all.
Hello! I like your videos ❤
Glad you like them!
Which part of Japan are you staying

Cost effective to marrying in a Filipina than hiring one as home help?
I looked like a helper to you? Thank you.
@@livingwithgraceinjapan you're amazing with your budgeting and it made sense to have you able to take care òf your home and husband without needing extra home help. Lots of sacrifices. Take care.
