Whether it's a bit of nostalgia (i.e. an old popular song lyric), or like Essie have done here, your own take on a piece that you enjoy. Granted you can do it badly and it comes off as 'stealing', but in this case I really like what they've done with it and I imagine AYYA has cleared it, and if not, they'll appreciate the work, too.
