Yes you need permission of the manager, and you shouldn’t violate anyone’s privacy. my flight path was far and high enough to not peek into any room. the intention is to showcase the beauty of the property. also helps that the rooms are far apart.

If you cant fly high, try to fly when its sunny. reflections naturally block any view into rooms.
