You can also make your own ! You'll need a lot of sugar, water, butter, vanilla extract and a bit of cream. Cook the sugar with water. When the solution start turning brown, add in the butter, mix a bit, add in the cream, wait a bit, then stop heating it and add in the vanilla extract, continue to mix and pour the result on anything really. There's no real dosing, but don't use too much cream. You need to evaporate most of the water, but not all of it, so that it gets that chewy texture. Also, if you have salted butter, use it, it's the best. That's how I make them anyways, hope it helps !
