Kudos to residents of Navjeevan colony! What a wonderful effort to reduce waste and create your own enhanced soil. Also great to reuse clothes, reduce water waste etc. It takes a lot of effort. We in Canada, seperate our waste as well. And it takes a lot of effort. We are doing it on a municipal level. For the colony to make its own efforts is very commendable.

I craft needlework pieces - the felt fabric is made from recycled plastic water bottles. My dolls are crafted out of repurposed bits of broken beads, fabric, and decorative beads and trinkets. Such a pleasure to find new uses for things others have discounted and tossed out...
