Pickled Okra

This is our first batch of pickled okra of the season. Here’s a list of what we used to make four quart jars:
50 okra
4 Serrano peppers
4 jalapeño peppers
2 bell peppers
Fresh dill
Garlic
1/4 tsp Alum
Brine:
4 cups white vinegar
4 cups water
1/3 cup pickling salt
1/4 cup sugar
