This is so disgusting. Poor infant already rocking. She needs her mother pronto. What damn zoo is this ? In the better zoos the infants are only separated when they mother isn't carrying the baby so they can nurse, then it gets 24/7 care and placed back into the group asap. This clearly isn't the case.
Imagine what that bed smells like with no diaper on it? Gross! It's going mad in there! WTF are people thinking doing this to these poor babies? Helping it? It couldn't care less what junk they put in that crib!
Stress would insinuate that this baby knows what it's like to be held by it's Mom, since no description is offered I'm at a loss about why this baby is being raised by the zoo? by the way they do put stuffed toys in with baby and I'm thinking lay her/him down when they video tape.

I worked with a road side zoo one summer as a teenager. It was run by this old man named Willy and he was a nasty son of a bitch. One time this baby chimp, couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 years old, refused to do his tricks and bit Willy. He very calmly grabbed the ape and locked it in its cage, then, without saying a word, sprayed it with lighter fluid and set it on fire. I'll never forget the sound of that animal's piercing screams of pure agony. Even worse, the fire didn't kill the poor beast. The next morning we found it still clinging to life, and Willy buried it in a shallow grave behind one of the trailers, still breathing.
