I have both the pixel bud pro to and the nothing ear 2 and I will tell you this One extra test that I did was riding my bicycle and having a conference call and believe it or not when using the Pixel Bud pro the person could not tell on the other end that I was riding my bike and fast at that For the nothing ear 2 they heard the wind so for me it's Pixel for the win 😎
jbl tour pro 2 has the cleanest sounding but beats studio has best mic in noisy area that its feels like talking in quiet room..people will definetly hear your voice clearly
Agree, I hear some voice got cut when using Pixel Pro. JBL is definitely better than Pixel Pro. Jabra 10 is better than Pixel Pro if preferring more natural voice.
That’s what everyone says “not a fan but like… they’re the best” They have a marketing problem, I think they don’t pay the RUclipsrs like these fresh young (*cough Chinese) brands so they get ignored despite being most innovative and best sounding
All the calls I've made/taken using the Liberty 4 NC, people told me they couldn't hear me well like my voice was distant or there was a lot of echo. Quite disappointing!
Watched this on a 15 pro speakers and for me it sounded like this: 1st - Pixel buds pro, 2nd - Nothing ear 2, 3rd Beats studio+. Maybe i was wrong but Beats Studio+ sounded really close to the first 2 but they most definitely sounded better than the airpods pro 2!
The Bose QC ultras are truly horrid. The bad call quality was one of the reasons I returned it. It lets in so much background noise that your voice gets drowned. Frustrating as the ANC is damn good

Bought the Beats Studio Buds Plus after watching some videos. The background noise reduction is insanely good, you could not even hear screaming kids in the background. It is truly as if you were in a quiet room. However, the voice pick up is horrendous. It sounds as if you were underwater or on the opposite side of the room. Background noise reduction only goes so far, you need a crisp sounding voice as well!

Beats Studio Buds Plus is currently by far the best for call quality in noisy public places. @Aaron pls test it and review it separately. Pls compare with Nothing Ear 2. I had both. The Beats Studio Pro headphone is also very good for call quality.

Awesome comparisons! For the next round of mic clarity, perhaps can consider the new poly offerings: Poly Voyager Free 60+ and Free 20. Poly (previously Plantronics) makes incredible noise rejection headsets that are widely used in the corporate world. It was tested during a Zoom call that neighbour could be drilling in the wall and a military jet can be flying past and nobody would be able to notice those on the other end. Just curious to know if their magic is translated to their new in-ear offerings!
Great test. Is that Waterway Point? Looks like nothing ear 2 wins again. I don't know why they are not advertising their mic quality aggressively. But it feels like good replacement for my dying Elevoc Clear (prioritizing call quality here)
You need to do a video on-ear fit which is a deal-breaker for me the original Airpod 2 design was amazing then the Airpod 3 and Pro came out which were a significantly worse fit. Call quality, ear fit and then no auto hangup if the pod is touched are all musts for me; any recommendations
Hi Aaron! Great comparison, as always. I know they kind off disappeared from the market but I haven't seen anything better than the Elevoc Clear earbuds, in regard to mic noise cancellation quality. Can't imagine why any other brand did not buy them off or developed a similar tech. Can you review those, if you can get your hands on a pair, that is..?

Ill add a bud to the mix here .the huawei freebuds pro 3 . Fantastic call quality. They would block out the sound surprisingly good. Also technics az80 with justmyvoice enabled is good and finally the xiaomi buds 4 pro . All excellent. When it comes to buds we should not dismiss buds from outside the usual top manufacturers. In my opinion the best buds released this year are the technics az80 and Huawei freebuds pro 3 . But sadly very few people try those buds . Technics are expensive but worth it and huawei we all know sbout their troubles

I have the sony ear buds And I was standing next to a Harley Davidson running and the person on the other side could not hear that motorcycle ribbon up. That is d*** good to me. You can't base your test by listening to your voice on a recorder. Ask somebody on the other side and let them tell you how clear 1 ISIS your voice on the other side?
I honestly think the Jabra Elite 10 was better than the Soundcore Liberty 4NC. Which is why I don’t like elimination style comparisons as it means as some earbuds may do better against worser earbuds and thereby progressing into next round.
I think the Beats studio buds plus are on another level right now with backgroudn sound supression i mean i have both the Airpods Pro2 and Beats Studio and thte Beats are my go to for my datacenter calls it actually blocks everything good for gym use too and call during excersices, biking etc, and it does sound pretty clear

Now, to make a decision to buy any of the potential winners, I would consider battery life and comfort (ability of the buds to stay in place while moving around and overall comfort). The Nothings are certainly good in terms of background noise isolation and clarity of mic, but hell... they are the ugliest! And by the way, both the Jabra 10 and the JBL may take a good place in preference if battery life and comfort are superior.
Nothing do sound more natural but, I picked up the google buds just because I could get them same day and on sale for 119 but yes if you have the time to wait.. go for the nothing 2. Great review as always
I like the Sony XM5 a lot, but due to the bad sound during calls in a noisy place, i cannot keep them. The Jabra Elite 10 are much better at it - but unfortunatelly the ANC is not quiet as good as on the Sony XM5. seems, the perfect earbuds still don´t exist yet ;-)
i just got my new elite 10, and i own xm5 too, same as you because of xm5 mic is not usable in noisy place so i buy elite 10,i can say the sound in xm5 is much better, anc just same level, both are good in anc , elite 10 is the winner in the mic test ,but is not a big win

For practical purpose, the Marshall sounded the best, not natural, but more understandable in general. The others would have me ask you to repeat a lot. But the Ear 2 sounded still better than Marshall's

to my ears the JBL sounded much better then the Google (much better..) and a the end better then the Nothing Ear 2 too
