I think it’s more about how long the clippers open with no guard that makes the real difference. With my JRL plus SC guards, I find that transition to be just like my masters from back in the day
I use the Stylecraft guard system but I was using the Babyliss premium .5 guard for a while and now I’m using the Wahl .5 guard to see which one I like better…I rock with the Andis guard system too just to switch it up
Like andis system but i get better blends with wahl system. Im old school i started with og masters before they had the purple magnetic guards. Now i only use the fade master when i use andis and thats only when im shaping a afro
Andis guards system is the best! 0,1,2,3 and so on..no 1.5 guard..less steps, and guard durability is A1. Only issue is not many clippers can us the Double purple magnetic guards and I wish some of these brands would make a clipper that could without having to change the bracket
In the beginning of my career I just used andis gaurds with fast feeds, but over time as I converted to cordless clippers I slowly learned the wahl gaurd system. At this point in my career I can cut with whatever gaurd given to me but I will say that the andis gaurds are easier to learn on. They have less steps and they grab the hair a lot better than wahl gaurds. SC guards and the babyliss premiums seem to give a thicker cut than most imo. Although the amount of teeth they have helps out. Some guards cut better on some textures than others, but once you find what works with you and what clippers you like to use in combination, you find yo groove fasho.
Stylecraft clippers with the Wahl premium guards. You go with what works best and feels best for you. The Andis Master would be the best clipper on the market, if they would update that motor and quiet it down.
Honestly if they just put that JRL motor in it, it 100% will be the best clipper. Or if they Oster Fast Feeds had a JRL style motor, it would be game over.
hi I live in 🇸🇳 Senegal there are no Andis products here, I use the Wahl 0.5 mm guard but if you are not careful, it will create another line with lever close . 🙏🏿🙏🏿 love barberlogy
I 100% agree. and one other thing is the material used for the Andis Guard is way smoother too. I feel that the Stylecraft guards don’t slide as smooth. But they are good. I do prefer the Wahl System
I doubt it though, he probably has been gifted them already by Gamma/SC but he hates Wahl system. He'd much rather blend it out with no guard lever open than use a tight Wahl style half guard.
Stylecraft basically copied the andis guard system pretty well. The only issue to me is it isnt as smooth on the skin as the andis guards are. They use different materials. But stylecraft guards can fit on a majority of clippers whereas andis only works on certain andis clippers and oster clippers. But the stylecraft is thicker than the andis is.
There is nothing i repeat nothing like the andis fading system it just have my blends coming out looking fresh with minimal work even my colleagues does want to know the secret behind hiw i get my blends to come out looking blended my finally conclusion everyone is different and probably have a brand with different systems that work for them
The part you pointed to is where it does not sit on the still blade for the StyleCraft. Andis guards sit right on the still blade. It's a small gap in the StyleCraft guard to the blade that causes that. I've noticed that as well. I'm trying not to buy the double magnetic guards they dropped that look like the Wahl guards. I use both even babyliss guards and I'm finding myself loving the babyliss premium gaurds. I see you fell in love with the new wahl trimmer..
Great video Jeezy,! Dropped some straight gems. I just bought that same andis 0 guard for $11 yesterday. Then you dropped this video. It makes a big difference in fading. Good looking out! 💯💈💪🏿
Always been an andis fan and no one can get me to change. I love their system. I have fade, taper, and phat blades. Along with an original 0 guard and two new OG guards
If the Andis Master is "supposed," to go from a 000 to a 1, you shouldn't even need a 1/16th Zero guard. The Zero or 1/16th guard was needed in the Wahl guard system because the Wahl blade lever open left a void between where it stopped cutting and the 1 guard with the Wahl blade lever closed started cutting. The same goes for the Wahl 1 1/2 guard. Before the half and 1 1/2 guards (as we call them) existed, most Barbers used either clipper over comb or detachable blades to get rid of those 2 lines. I always cut with 1 Wahl (zero gapped) and 1 Master (not zero gapped). I found out early that the Master lever open would take out the line left by the Wahl guard open and the Master open with the old Andis black 1 guard would take out the line left by the Wahl blade open with the 1 guard (before the 2 guard with lever closed). Then came the red Speed-O guards, and our problems were solved. That was the first guard system, to my knowledge, that had both a half guard and a 1 1/2 guard in their system. I stopped using the Masters at that point. I used those 2 Speed-O guards even after Wahl came out with there half and 1 /2 guard because both were so flimsy and prone to slipping off. I didn't start using the Wahl half and 1 1/2 guard until the premium guards came out. Around 2011 or 2012ish, I bought the Fast Feeds because everyone around me was using them. I purchased the purple magnetic guards to go with them. For those, you need the half guard and a 1 1/2 guard because that blade open, falls between a Master and Wahl fully open. I used the Spped-O guard as my 1 1/2 guard again, with those. If we're talking one clipper and one guard system to do a complete haircut, I prefer Whahl with the premium guards. If we're taking thee best 1/16th, half guard, I'd say the red Speed-O guard is the best, hands down. Its only downside is that it's brittle and breaks easily. But it definitely cuts the best, in my opinion.
Not the double magnetic ones. The Andis single magnetic 0 guard can, but that one is not pointy teethed like the OG zero guard, but is smooth and curved like a Wahl half guard. It's basically the reason why they re-released the OG guard as not many people were feeling the shape of the 0 guard Andis had put out. Not many people have this on RUclips, but there was however a single magnetic Andis 0 guard that had pointy teeth like the OG guard, I paid $100 for two on eBay. It's on one of S Craft Blendz's videos. I don't know why they stopped making that as it was essentially the exact same measurements as the OG Andis 0 guard, sharp and pointy teeth to rake/collect hair properly. They discontinued this good product.
I like both Andis and Stylecraft system, but i use more stylecraft system. Andis Master and Stylecraft clipper the high level is different but if you put the stretch bracket on stylecraft clipper you are going to have the same sistem has Andis. me personaly y like it with the clicks. Following you since 2015 i like your worck
I use the . 5 S/C after I use the 0 clipper comb. I miss the original 0 andis clipper combs !!! I hate the new ones! I'm not a complete fan of the loud cordless masters.. we waited all this time for them.. and I really feel defeated by what they gave us... And yes I purchased the pink S/C 4-pack..
the problem with the wahl .5 and 1.5 is they skip hair. They dont cut the hair flush they leave hair behind thats why on a good amount of hair textures you have to go over the hair multiple times before it gets it completely down.
Jeezy, as a barber myself. This is a simple explanation, the Andis MASTERS are called MASTERS for a reason, there's level to this game. Just like there's barbers and there's MASTER BARBERS. As for Style craft they make good tools for every level. You just have to be honest with yourself and know where you feet in. You can't just be a level 1 barber and think you are going to pick up a MASTER clipper and make magic, you have to work your way to that level. Don't get me wrong I love Style Craft clippers, but people need to show respect when it comes to the Masters. Just like, you can't just get out of barber school and you want to start using HANZO SHEARS, you have to get to that level. Otherwise you'll cut your fingers right off.
The Andis guards also fit the Oster Fast Feed clippers! I still use my CORDED Fast Feeds....👍🏾✊🏾💯
Smart man. I have a pair been using for 9 years not a single issue.
Oster Fast Feeds are the most slept on Clippers!
Of course you do unc!! You’re old
Goated clippers fs
😂😂😂😂
I started using the gamma guards on my clippers, and the blends looked smooth
Bro went crazy on that beat 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Andis system always for me. Even when I tried wahl clippers, I had to put Master blade on. Them original purple guards are undefeated!
I think it’s more about how long the clippers open with no guard that makes the real difference. With my JRL plus SC guards, I find that transition to be just like my masters from back in the day
100% on the money, the JRL taper blade open is similar measurements to Masters open
My dawg 360 💪🏾😂 you taught my big brother how to cut 5 years ago now he goated fam I just hopped in da game and progressing well #360gang
I use the Stylecraft guard system but I was using the Babyliss premium .5 guard for a while and now I’m using the Wahl .5 guard to see which one I like better…I rock with the Andis guard system too just to switch it up
Hey Jeezy what about the sc dub tight guards what you think about those
Like andis system but i get better blends with wahl system. Im old school i started with og masters before they had the purple magnetic guards. Now i only use the fade master when i use andis and thats only when im shaping a afro
MMA Barber Life even said this, the Wahl system is easy to get buttery blends with. They transition well in to one another
Jeezy appreciate you Fr you not lying I didn’t know this information
I like the Gamma Stylecraft guards on my Babyliss Lopro Fx stretch lever💈
Andis guards system is the best! 0,1,2,3 and so on..no 1.5 guard..less steps, and guard durability is A1. Only issue is not many clippers can us the Double purple magnetic guards and I wish some of these brands would make a clipper that could without having to change the bracket
I use the BabyLiss premium guards that resembles the Wahl System.
In the beginning of my career I just used andis gaurds with fast feeds, but over time as I converted to cordless clippers I slowly learned the wahl gaurd system. At this point in my career I can cut with whatever gaurd given to me but I will say that the andis gaurds are easier to learn on. I prefer the Wahl system b/c it has more of a universal application.
Any problems with the babyliss gold fx clipper guard system. I have both andis and that. I like andis better. ?
Hi Jeezy you don’t use andis master with the wire?
gotta try out them stylecraft small tooth guards
Which model is the andis guard?
hi I live in 🇸🇳 Senegal there are no Andis products here, I use the Wahl 0.5 mm guard but if you are not careful, it will create another line with lever close . 🙏🏿🙏🏿 love barberlogy
Where does the Babyliss guard fall between the these two?
I 100% agree. and one other thing is the material used for the Andis Guard is way smoother too. I feel that the Stylecraft guards don’t slide as smooth. But they are good. I do prefer the Wahl System
Try the tight guards from SC
I doubt it though, he probably has been gifted them already by Gamma/SC but he hates Wahl system. He'd much rather blend it out with no guard lever open than use a tight Wahl style half guard.
I needed these two cents!🔥🔥🔥
Stylecraft basically copied the andis guard system pretty well. The only issue to me is it isnt as smooth on the skin as the andis guards are. They use different materials. But stylecraft guards can fit on a majority of clippers whereas andis only works on certain andis clippers and oster clippers. But the stylecraft is thicker than the andis is.
I like this intro song!
There is nothing i repeat nothing like the andis fading system it just have my blends coming out looking fresh with minimal work even my colleagues does want to know the secret behind hiw i get my blends to come out looking blended my finally conclusion everyone is different and probably have a brand with different systems that work for them
Does your double one open blend into the two closed? I'm in the UK and tried to use Andis system and struggled
What steps you do for a blend??
I love them both. I use the Masters and the Mythics
I found that when I put the stretch bracket on my rebels I was able to get the line out easily with the zero guard.
Babyliss FX+ or Babyliss FX One?
The part you pointed to is where it does not sit on the still blade for the StyleCraft. Andis guards sit right on the still blade. 360!!!!!! TRY THE FADE BLADE WITH THE ZERO!! The faper blade just is not it wit those guards
Put a stretch bracket on sc clippers its lokey a masters in a diffrent way 💯
The stylecraft system works better if you have the stretch bracket on, it lets you open up longer so the 0 closed should transition better
been waiting on this vid
Yo Jeezy havent been on ya vids as much since covid but good to see you till doing ya thing family 💯💪🏾Know im still a subscriber
Great video Jeezy,! Dropped some straight gems. I just bought that same andis 0 guard for $11 yesterday. Then you dropped this video. It makes a big difference in fading. Good looking out! 💯💈💪🏿
Got mine for $8 on Ebay
I have the stylecraft booted clippers and I use the wahl guards system and it works wonders 👍🏽
Hey Jeezy wats up dude great video🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Can you do more haircut tutorials on straight hair textures
Always been an andis fan and no one can get me to change. I love their system. I have fade, taper, and phat blades. Along with an original 0 guard and two new OG guards
do one for the double magnetic style crafts

Can either of those go on the JRL clippers?
The Stylecraft/Gamma magnetic guards can, and the Andis SINGLE magnetic guards can too, not the double magnetics
Saludo desde Republica Dominicana 🇩🇴🎉💪 fuerte
Thank You for this 1💈
The Andis magnetic guards work on the fast feeds too correct?
Yes, it fits perfect! I purchased mine from Andis website.
@@sacodawson3348 ok, I got some off Amazon
so the andis 0 guard can't fit on babyliss fxone lo pros?

Yes u have big right ❤ Andis blue is the best I'm barber in ireland end i use just the best guard the blue one ❤❤❤❤
Could we use these guards with TPOB?
The Stylecraft/Gamma magnetic guards yes, and the Andis SINGLE magnetic guards you can, NOT the Andis double magnetics
Andis is a beautiful clipper I love 💕 it .
Yo with this video being said,,, you definitely have to post a jersey video cutting with WAHL guards 😅😅😅😅
I like to use the JRL half guard instead of my zero stylecraft guard, otherwise I use all the other style craft guards
Good combination. The JRL half guard gets as close as a Wahl half guard, so you won't struggle with any lines there
Hey Jeezy 😉 Drop those gems!!
Can you do a video on the new masters and the new Andis blade
@360jeezy The Andis guard has a little v shape if you look at it from the side an the stylecraft doesn't if I'm saying an seeing it right
I like both Andis and Stylecraft system, but i use more stylecraft system. Andis Master and Stylecraft clipper the high level is different but if you put the stretch bracket on stylecraft clipper you are going to have the same sistem has Andis. me personaly y like it with the clicks. Following you since 2015 i like your worck
That's the old zero Andis guard there is a new one check it out.
Just purchased and made StyleCraft apart of collection!
Thank you for this video.! I like Andis guards but how SC clippers look. 😂
Gamma tight guards
What about the Gamma tight guard🙈🙉🙊
Been with Wahl since the 80s...
It’s obvious since the andis opens up more your guide lines are going to be at a longer length
Andis guard system all day ...mixed in with the oster 76 detachable blades ...a beast with them and fast !!!
That Wahl 0 guard gets close to. But I'm style craft guy but I'll put a 0 Wahl guard on my style craft
the problem with the wahl .5 and 1.5 is they skip hair. They dont cut the hair flush they leave hair behind thats why on a good amount of hair textures you have to go over the hair multiple times before it gets it completely down.
To be a hunnid you right. I end up going no guard open anyway
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wahl and s/c tight guard
Nice video 📱
My bro finally1 makes a better 0 gaurd
Draw near to Jesus and he will draw near to you
I like Wahl guard system
WAHL 🤟🏾👽
Right
Babyliss is cool but my go to is Andis. I don't like the Wahl guard system.
The Andis "Original" Zero guard Teeth are a Little Thinner 🤏🏿.. But, I Luv The Andis Guard System.. 🔥 💯% 💣
Nothing better then the andis original 0 and 1 magnetic guard...they both thinner then current 0 and 1 guards
I don’t use zero guards dog 1/2 guard to the 1
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Andis of course!!!
Tight guards bro
Put the master blade on the Instinct and redo the whole video
Põe legenda em português 🇧🇷
Phat master blade ftw
One might be a little more zero gapped
Andis masters with the og purple guards!!!
Andis!!!
Andis
I like the Andis, but I use wahl as well.....
I don’t like whal clippers but I love there guards
I like wahl on straight hair but Andis system with coarse hair
TOP 5 CLIPPERS JEEZY? ‼️‼️‼️

the stylecraft tight guards are better to compare
Been here since 2014
Wahl for me
I hit that subscribe button 4 years ago my brother
I hate my Andis Master. I use it only at Home. ONCE a week. After 1 year the batterie is blinking red
