For those wondering, these reason Why these were deleted was because. Certain scenes would likely concern the younger audience that the film was targeted for. Especially the two scenes where: - Flint gets backstabbed by Nachos - Cal and Officer Earl getting pulled into the Spaghettiwister. And judging by the scene where it pans a close up of the twister. (which is actually in the final movie but they removed the screams from Cal and Earl and changed the music a little) which may given off false ideas that they died.
Glad you acknowledged the whole father failing to save his son but remember this The Spongebob Squarepants Movie had all kinds of craziness there was two characters viewed as kids that go on a dangerous adventure, The bar, Frog Fish, A hitman YES a hitman in Spongebob, The realistic and scary appearance of the Cyclops, Spongebob and Patrick LITERALLY onscreen die but they are revived so they aren't dead dead but for about a minute a kid would think that And that's a 2004 movie so if Spongebob can do that then this movie could have done this easily

Flint says, "I've gotta stop the machine, there's a spaghetti twister tearing up the town"; In the actual film, he says, "everyone's in danger 'because of me'". Why the hell does he blame himself for everyone's danger? 2. In the actual film, the mayor temporarily leaves (I mean, I know it's temporary, & momentary), but in this, he stays without intending to leave--why would he do that when that obviously lets Flint cancel the order? (Which he obviously doesn't succeed at, but it's still illogical of the mayor to just say, "welp, I'm outta here" in the actual film.)

However, since the only communication line is broken, the order will keep iterating until the kill code (or anything else) stops it. The mayor probably selected ALL of the foods in the library, spammed 9's in the servings, and copied and pasted it several times.
