even when i like the way she is gonna be played, i feel like they gave Hisui way too many things at once without actually thinking it through (healing, true dmg, airborne, slow, untargetable, executions, extra attack range, extra damage, reducing skills from other skils and possibly more that i missed at the time of writing), Hisui feels like three characters slapped into one. Anyway sorry for my rambling but wanted to share my opinion since lately NN and its balancing team isnt doing..well the best things lately (don't hate me i'm just being honest)
Well, DeMa have aspd scale on skills and they can scale their aspd properly, they have true damage, 3 aoe crowd control skills that throw enemy in air/ and shift, can move while throwing skills, their skills shorten CD of E by hitting enemy and their aspd shorten CD of this skills, they have extra attack range, extra movement speed and extra def, they can destroy skills and dodge attack. It's help them? No. They may be popular, but honestly they just bad. Can do many things, but can't do anything properly, and their stats is leave much to be desired. (I say it as DeMa player that still play them from release)
Personagem de dano fisico é muito fraco considerado ao dano de habilidade. Se fosse uma SUA eu taria assustado com o kit pois skill de amplificação de habilidade é muito fora da curva. Se uma SUA, destroi com facilmente com poucos auto atk e cura sem precisar pensar. Se ela fosse AP seria forte tanto quanto.
Por ser uma personagem de habilidade fisica, ela irar tomar nerf certeza. Pois todo personagem de dano fisico toma nerf e é jogado para o limbo. Eva sempre ganha buffs e está sempre no topo.. os numeros sempre provam que EVA sempre ganha seus cuidados, juntamente de outros personagem magos como SUA, EVA, LAURA, BARBARA, TAZIA, FIORA ... sempre a nimble tenta polir e melhorar os personagem nunca jogar eles para baixo. Agora personagem de dano fisico ... vejam como eles metem nerf atraz de nerf. Eu não me aventuraria muito nessa personagem só porque ela é um personagem de dano fisico.. NIMBLE odeia personagem de dano fisico. Debi & Marlene, é um personagem que custou para a nimble deixar em paz não seria diferente dessa nova personagem. Vai tomar nerf horrores e jogada no limbo por uns longos meses ou anos ate a nimble cansar de nerfar e se juntar junto com DEBI & marlene, personagem largado sem buffs com uma media de ponto neutra ou baixa.
Powercreep is insane here, two movement abilities, self shield, self heal, untargetable aoe, line knock up/stun, two slow abilities, an aoe execute, lots of aoe abilities, all while having the base stats for 2h sword and parry ontop of it. It's like they looked at dema and thought 'why dont we make another one of these, but better'.

And they get about 150+ defense with a standard build? Wowe insane. No wait, they’re perfectly fine, and this character will be too- maybe after tuning numbers, if need be
Better then another Yuki/Darko with enhanced normal attack, players on which don't know how to hit anything but animals with their skills. They know only how press RMB and Q.
This character is crazy. How did the balancing team think that was a good idea?? You get Yuki, add a bunch of AOE and movement stuff, make her 2H even tho she has an insane amount of mobility that would fit more in a DS to increase her survivability and add a bunch of sustain and stat conditions to make her super strong. I'm not even gonna talk about her airborne (which we all know it's the most broken condition you can apply to someone) because it doesn't seem that good on a teamfight, but that's just crazy really.
In which way? . Hisui can't scale her normal attack speed by normal means, but she need to use normal attacks to CD her skills, what slow her temp down. . Her only CC is 0.25 seconds long, what can turn fight, but considering stack mechanic it's will be not easy to use in right time (and it's throw in air only last target, what mean it's can be used against her). . Her "bunch of AOE" is just same amount of AOE as many other melee chars with it, if we exclude her W changes that don't give her extra skills. . 2H sword don't give much survivability - It's just give a one chance to parry important damage/skills, what critical for a character that don't have any real defense skills. While Dual swords will make her too strong, because she will get opportunity to proc both stacks of passive from one normal attack, while low aspd on normal attack balance her. . Her "sustain" is only on 3rd W, what mean you need 3 times use other skills to use it, and it's heal from damage deal in fixed location, so enemy just can walk out of it. . She honestly have nothing do with Yuki who either build in tank that work only from his stun that can't be dodged and true damage ult or in crit and instakill enemy with aa-q-aa. Yea, she have true damage on ult. In central area, not in all this wide range like Yuki, that also ignore parry of first part because it's delayed mark.
