O músico só pode ser um extra terrestre para tocar essa peça. Tenho que nascer de novo com uma tuba no berço para tocar isso. Como não acredito em reencarnação, jamais tocarei Bravo
This looks really fun! I'm working on building by chops back up after a few years of not really playing at all, been picking up the tuba more lately though! Covid was tough for me, most of my socializing came in the form of community ensembles and I've since moved so haven't done anything in at least three years. This ought to get my embouchure up to speed! I've focused more on solo music production with guitar/bass lately, but recording tuba would be good practice as well- I'll pick up the score and backing track soon!
I'm thinking of purchasing this piece for my final year recital at my conservatoire and was wondering if anyone knows whether or not you get a score with the digital copy of this through www.briansadler.org website. Apologies if this was a dumb question just need to have a score to hand in to the adjudicators as the solo part alone isn't enough
I would love for my band to play this, Ive been looking for something to really challenge me as a tuba player, Ive played czardas and Ive just been experimenting with all these crazy type pieces
That cadenza at measure 130 is similar to a part of this movement in the Derek Bourgeious Trombone Concerto: ruclips.net/video/iueBRU6PewM/видео.html ; albeit with some differences.
This might be the best piece for tuba ever written. Very, very cool writing in all three movements.
This is pretty freakin great man. Thank you for blessing the Tuba players of the world with this work!!
Robert Huntington Thank you!
Ive try on bass trombone lol but i’ll work it slow
Thinking about doing all 3 movements for my senior recital
How'd it go

This Music is like gardaland
I would be very, VERY scared if this was handed to me. Would need several private lesson times.
Awesome job man !
That is epic! Is there a piano reduction and where can I purchase it??
Unfortunately I don't have my tuba during quarantine or I'd definitely be practicing this

It would also be cool to write as a marching piece, would love to see something that dark and nasty sounding on the field
Tuba is so underrated
Hi ,This is a fantastic piece 👍 Is there a Piano accompaniment for this and could I buy the piece? Thanks 👍

Yeah it is a little similar, thanks for sharing that. At 130 I was quoting the first movement of the piece
