@@dacesolo yes the Nike original version. I understand Reebok had the first pumps. Nike had three versions of the pump. The air pressure was the original Nike version.
I used to put all cards worth anything in BECKETTS into Trapper Keepers with price, thought I was keeping them for my kids later on which is what my mom said she was doing come to find out over the years when she would have yard sales she put my stuff out there with it and not say anything and no anything that was ever worth any value that I had put away it’s all gone and was apparently funding my mom’s closet gambling addiction so all was forgiven obviously but it’s hard after hearing your parents tell you how frustrating it was when their parents either threw their stuff out or got rid of their stuff they were saving only to do the same thing to you!
Seems like them murdering their parents for money wasn’t the whole story… They were a wealthy family so the brothers’ spending habits after the murders weren’t far out of the ordinary. The brothers claimed they were sexually abused by their parents from childhood with multiple corroborating witnesses. The crime scene also wasn’t totally in line with what you would expect from a pre-meditated murder. The prosecutor also argued in the trial that “men can’t be raped because they don’t have the equipment for it” -_-
That’s crazy!! I would be curious to know how long after the crimes the pic was taken. Insurance takes awhile so had to be a bit anyway. Very chilling no matter the time frame. Can’t imagine doing that let alone doing that and then going wild on the insurance money.
That is very odd and strange .I remember that happening but I missed them getting caught on a player card background image. That was bad luck for them since if you were upset about it or really traumatized you wouldn't be a a nicks game pretty stupid mistake on their part...
@davidicke2415 if it's graded it's worth more than 500 for a psa 9 or psa 10 could welll over a thousand. This same set has a Sam Vincent card in it with Michael Jordan defending him wearing a number 12 jersey because someone stole his jersey pre game
Quite a bit if he gets it graded and stops man handling it. It seems pretty well centered from left to right and the corners are nice, top to bottom centering seems off just by a bit though
Wrong. This set is one of the more valuable ones. I've seen these in gem mint 10 sell for over 5 grand. They have to be graded by psa though. I have sold this same card graded at a psa 9 for 380.00 and that was 3 years ago

I remember that trial as a kid… I also remember cracking a joke to my parents about it years later… I had a very dark sense of humour.

$10-$30 depending on who's selling it, grading doesn't really boost it's value too much. Just a neat piece of true crime history.
