DRC peacekeepers pause pullout amid rebel violence

The head of a U.N. peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo said there is "no timeline" set for the next phase of its withdrawal as conditions have not been met on the ground. Reuters’ David Doyle has more.
